ECNP 2025 REGISTRATION Register Now
38th ECNP Congress, will be in a hybrid format. This means the event will take place at the congress venue in Amsterdam, where high-level scientists will deliver presentations in person, and almost all sessions will be livestreamed on the congress platform. Participants can choose whether to attend in person in Amsterdam or join virtually from anywhere in the world.
Please note that the below rates are for participants from the Lower Middle, Upper Middle, and High-Income economies countries, as per the world bank classification

Terms & Conditions
- Registration fees on the website are shown without VAT. The amount shown on the payment page of the registration process is in euros (EUR), being the registration fee with the relevant VAT added. Payments must be made in euros; no other currency will be accepted.
- Payment of the registration fee is to be made by credit card (no cash payments or bank transfers for individual registrations are accepted)
- In the event of cancellation, a written notification must be sent by e-mail on or before 23 July 2025.
- Refund of registration fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 697 (excluding VAT) for cancellation notification received on or before 23 July 2025. For Early Career Scientists, the administrative fee is EUR 633 (excluding VAT).
- Refunds will be made within 30 days after receiving the cancellation.
- No refund of registration fee for cancellation notifications received after 23 July 2025.
- In case of a change of registration type, an administrative fee of EUR 397 (excluding VAT) will be charged for each single change of registration type with notifications received on or before 15 September 2025. If applicable, refunds will be made within 30 days after receiving the notification. If, due to a change in registration type, an additional amount is applicable, it must be paid by the participant within 15 days of receiving the invoice, but no later than the first day of the congress.
- No changes of registration type are possible for notifications received after 15 September 2025.
- Each in-person registered participant will receive a name badge upon arrival. For organisational and security reasons, we request that all participants and industry partners wear their badges at all times during the congress activities. Reprints due to loss of badges or due to misspelt names can be done at the registration desk at a cost of EUR 97 per badge (VAT excluded).
