Group Registration

Group Registrations Terms & Conditions

• Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.
• If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that a 3% handling fee will be added to your payment.

Please note that the following information for each participant is required:

• Individual email address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
• Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
• Registration confirmations will be sent to your guests in your group account.

Group Registration Process

• Group leaders need to register the group by completing the group form on this page.
• Our Group Services team will send you a participants sheet to fill out with the required information.
• After we receive the completed sheet, we will send you the invoice and payment instructions.
• If your registration fee is unpaid after the deadline, it will be upgraded to the next registration category.
• Please note that all prices exclude 21% VAT and are in EUR.
• Registration voucher codes will be sent within one week after payment is received. Group coordinator receives voucher codes per purchased fee and sends voucher codes to each group participant. Group participants should register individually by activating their voucher code via their personal ECNP account.
• If a group participant will present a poster at the congress this voucher code has to be activated by Tuesday 23 July 2025.

Cancellation Conditions

• Refund of registration fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 697 per participant (excluding VAT) for cancellation notification received on or before 23 July 2025.  For Early Career Scientists, the administrative fee is EUR 633 per participant (excluding VAT).
• No refund of registration fee for cancellation notifications received after 23 July 2025.
• In case of Refunds, credit card surcharge will not be refunded.
• All prices mentioned are in EUR and exclusive of 21% VAT.
